ESI Registration

Employee State Insurance (ESI) Registration is a mandatory compliance requirement for eligible businesses in India under the Employee State Insurance Act, 1948. The scheme, administered by the Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), provides social security and health insurance benefits to employees and their dependents.

Depending on the nature of the establishment and the applicable state rules, ESI Registration is generally mandatory for businesses employing 10 or more employees. LegallensIndia simplifies the entire ESI Registration process by helping businesses complete ESIC registration quickly and compliantly.

What is the ESI Scheme?

The Employee State Insurance (ESI) Scheme is a social security programme introduced under the Employee State Insurance Act, 1948. It provides medical care, sickness benefits, maternity benefits, disability compensation, and other welfare measures to eligible employees and their families.

The scheme is administered by the Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC). Employers are required to register their establishments with ESIC and enroll eligible employees under the scheme.

LegallensIndia assists businesses in complying with all ESIC regulations and completing the ESI Registration process without hassle.
